The service

ApplyJobs uses AI to prepare and submit job applications on your behalf, based on the profile, preferences and career information you provide. Applications are sent in your name.

No job guarantee

We provide application volume, tailoring and consistency. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, visas, work permits or any specific outcome. Hiring decisions rest entirely with employers.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information and documents.
• Ensure you are legally eligible to apply for and accept the roles you target.
• Respond to employers and recruiters who contact you directly.
• Do not use the service for fraudulent, unlawful or misleading purposes.

Payments

Prices are shown on the pricing section of our website and are charged through our payment partners. Your plan begins once payment is confirmed. All payments are final and non-refundable — see our Refund Policy.

Third parties

We are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any employer, job board or government authority mentioned on this site. Company names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities or income.

Suspension

We may suspend or end service without refund if these terms are breached, information given is false, or the service is misused.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
